Off Season Activities


Below are some tips to improve for next season:


1. Go to a summer wrestling camp for at least one week.
2. Run 2-3 miles a day at least 4 times a week.
3. Lift weights for 30 minutes a day, at least 4 times per week.
4. Wrestle in at least five off-season tournaments in the Spring.
5. Wrestle with an off-season wrestling club 1-2 nights per week in the Spring and Fall.
